Hot Dogs in the Park
It’s time to get together again and meet your neighbors. The Association is having another “Hot Dogs in the Park”, the first for 2014. It’s nothing formal. Just hot dogs on the grill, some condiments, and bottled water.

What: The Wescott Building Owners Association is providing you with an informal opportunity to meet your neighbors, get a bite to eat, and meet some of the Eagan Police Officers that patrol the area (depending on availability).
- There is no charge for this event, but you MUST live in the Eagan Hills Condominium Complex (Wescott Square or Wescott Trail).
- Hot dogs, buns, condiments, and water will be provided.
- You must be 18+ to take part in this event. (Children must be accompanied by their parent to participate.)

Parking Lot and Street Striping Delayed
The striping company’s truck broke down, so the striping is cancelled until further notice. It will probably be next week, a new flyer will be posted.
Street and Parking Area Striping
The streets and parking lots at Eagan Hills will be involved in parking space striping on Wednesday, July 02, 2014 between the hours of 6 AM and 12 Noon.
All vehicles need to be either inside a garage, or parked immediately in front of the garage by 6 AM. This does NOT impact parking at Wescott Square addresses unless you park in a different area of the complex.
Wescott Garbage Delayed Due to Memorial Day
Due to Memorial Day, garbage day is delayed one day to Saturday, May 31. It is also Recycling Day.

Resident Newsletter April 2014
A new resident newsletter was distributed to all 120 residents in the complex. If you missed it, or need to refer back to it, I have it posted here.
There was a notification on the back side of the newsletter about the 2014 Eagan Hills Spring Garage Sale too.
Wescott Garage Sale Saturday May 17th, 2014 – 8 AM to 4 PM
The Lexington Square Garage Sale in Eagan takes place on 5/14/2014. That is a great day to set up the Garage Sale at Wescott to draw additional traffic. This will be the first, of only two garage sales, that we will have at Wescott. No resident should be having a garage sale of their own on a different date.
The garage sale hours will be between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM. See the flyer here.
We will also have a second garage sale on Saturday, August 23, similar to last year.
Residents who participate in the sale will be expected to put up their own signs, and post any Ads on Craig’s.
A flyer will be distributed to the residents, along with a spring newsletter.
This is a great way for residents to meet other residents!
