Wescott Hills Dues Increase Effective 07/01/2015

The Board has approved an Association dues increase effective 7/1/2015. The new dues will be $90 per unit or $360 per 4-plex. Previously it was $62.50 or $250.

If you are in a condo unit you also pay the Eagan Hills Condo Association an amount. The amount that was sent on your behalf to the Wescott Hills Association was $62.50, now it is $90. That is a $27.50 increase.

Plant Your Own Flowers Day!

The Wescott Building Owners Association is providing you with the opportunity to dress up your decks or your front door flower bed with FREE flowers. Pots, soil and plants will be provided. There is a limited supply. First come, First Served.

There is no charge for this event, but you MUST live in the Eagan Hills Condominium Complex (Wescott Square or Wescott Trail).
You must be 18+ to take part in this event.
If you have pots from a previous year, please bring the pot for reuse
