Hints: No noisy displays. Picture what the decorations will look like at dark, from a distance, while driving by. More lights are generally more visible. Judging will be somewhat subjective, loosely based on creativity, perceived effort put into the display, visibility and just a general ‘feel’ of the display. More lights are better lights!
